What you'll do

• Develop user-friendly workflows for our Product Experience Management (PXM) and Syndication Experience Management (SXM) platforms, ensuring ease of use and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to design and implement features that enhance product content syndication and provide insights through digital shelf analytics.
• Create user-centric designs that simplify complex data management processes and automation tools, making them accessible to all users.
• Uphold and refine design standards across our entire suite of enterprise products, ensuring consistency and quality in user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques, contributing your insights and receiving feedback to foster a collaborative design environment.
• Document design processes and decisions to maintain clarity and transparency within the team and across departments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design to continually enhance your skills and the quality of our products.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in product design specifically for enterprise or B2B software solutions, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant work.
• Proven ability to distill complex technical workflows into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement.
• Experience working collaboratively within a cross-functional product team, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
• Proficiency in contemporary design tools and prototyping software, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in your work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries, contributing to the development and maintenance of cohesive design frameworks.
• Experience in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance collaboration with engineering teams.
• Previous experience in the e-commerce or retail sector, providing insights into industry-specific challenges and user needs.

Skills & tools

• Strong proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques to validate design choices.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity in product design.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
