You serve as the primary technical interface with customers throughout the execution phase of projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. You own the end-to-end delivery of engagements, coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Support teams to meet contractual commitments. You are responsible for driving the planning and execution of solutions that deliver high added value in defense, intelligence, and aeronautics contexts. You apply rigorous project management practices to anticipate and mitigate risks while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and budgets. You act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technological capabilities into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders. You continuously challenge the team to improve processes, leveraging your experience in demanding technical environments. You ensure that every deliverable reflects the highest standards of quality and reliability expected by Safran.

What you'll do
You will act as the technical owner of the engagement, ensuring that engineering efforts remain precisely aligned with defined objectives and customer expectations. You will manage all technical exchanges with clients, guaranteeing that communication is appropriate, timely, and focused on business value. You will oversee the complete delivery lifecycle, guiding projects to successful completion within agreed deadlines, budgets, and quality thresholds. You will continuously monitor delivery planning, propose optimal resource allocation, and manage risks by adapting roadmaps to evolving business constraints. You will provide regular status updates, ensuring that delays and changes are escalated promptly with recommended mitigation actions. You will champion and enforce the company's methodologies, constantly identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence. You will leverage robust technological stacks to solve complex problems, working with tools such as Python, FastAPI, and Typescript within containerized environments. You will support clients not only with software solutions but also with infrastructure integration, from sovereign datacenters to embedded systems in demanding sectors. You will integrate advanced AI capabilities into existing customer ecosystems, including geospatial platforms and command software. You will maintain a sharp focus on reliability and performance, ensuring that solutions operate effectively in real-world conditions. You will document technical decisions and workflows to ensure clarity, continuity, and knowledge transfer across teams.
Requirements
You bring at least 5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record as a Technical Project Manager in technology-driven projects. You possess fluency in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders. You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. You exhibit strong organizational skills and autonomy, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have a history of successful delivery in contexts such as disconnected on-premise deployments, enterprise information systems, or specialized geospatial and defense applications. You understand the constraints and challenges of regulated industries, ensuring compliance and traceability in project execution. You are comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with experts across engineering, product, and support functions. You apply a structured approach to risk management, proactively identifying issues and proposing actionable solutions. You are comfortable using modern software development tools and methodologies to drive project success.
Nice to have
Prior experience in sectors such as aerospace, defense, or intelligence is highly valued. Familiarity with standards and workflows specific to the geospatial industry is considered an advantage. Experience with secure or classified environments adds depth to your profile in this context. Knowledge of AI and machine learning pipelines reinforces your ability to engage on cutting-edge solutions.

This position is based in Paris and requires full-time on-site presence. Travel may be required depending on project needs.
