About the role
Rome Community Partners is seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage the deployment of software solutions for our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for new users, ensuring our technology aligns with their operational goals. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end execution of onboarding projects from initial discovery through go-live and stabilization. You will translate complex client requirements into concrete software configurations and operational procedures. Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, demonstrating foundational knowledge in software systems and technology concepts.
- Demonstrated professional background in software implementation or a comparable position, with evidence of successfully managing deployment projects.
- Ability to handle several concurrent projects while adhering to strict timelines, showing strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client facing interactions, with the capacity to explain technical topics in accessible language.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and fixing errors, using data and observation to guide problem solving.
