About the role
You own the end-to-end commercial planning process for the Revenue Operations team, translating client objectives into data-driven advertising proposals that maximize yield and align with Roku's strategic goals. You are responsible for synthesizing complex market and inventory data into clear, compelling narratives that showcase the value of the Roku streaming ecosystem. You partner closely with sales, product, and client services to ensure all commercial initiatives are executed with precision and consistency across global markets. You leverage AI agents and smart tools to automate repetitive workflows, accelerate proposal drafting, and enhance analysis while maintaining rigorous quality checks. You act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external publishers, aligning on inventory deals and delivery strategies that drive long-term partnerships. You continuously monitor supply and demand dynamics to optimize packaging and pricing strategies that support sustainable revenue growth. Ultimately, you enable the monetization of advertising inventory by centralizing processes and standardizing methodologies across all data tools and systems.

Manage global publisher partnerships by negotiating ad inventory deals, defining delivery terms, and ensuring contractual accuracy.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to design packaging strategies that balance client needs with Roku's revenue objectives.
Utilize AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks, refine drafts, and improve the accuracy of forecasting models.
Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure alignment between advertising sales, marketing, product, and client services.
Maintain data integrity across systems by standardizing processes for reporting, inventory tracking, and performance analysis.
Support the centralization of operations by documenting procedures and creating reusable templates for the ad sales organization.
Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans that integrate with existing data tools and systems.
Monitor campaign execution in partnership with client services to guarantee on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
Evaluate pricing and packaging options using scenario analysis to recommend structures that enhance overall monetization.
Partner with finance and sales operations to reconcile forecasts, track variances, and improve planning accuracy over time.
Champion best practices across the Revenue Operations team by sharing insights, tools, and learnings from prior initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by providing transparent data, clear recommendations, and timely follow-ups.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and proposing scalable solutions supported by technology.
Requirements
You must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
You are eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
You have at least two years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue planning, or business analysis.
You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
You have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You are proficient in tools such as spreadsheets, data visualization platforms, and collaboration software.
Nice to have
Prior experience in the streaming, media, or technology sectors is preferred.
Familiarity with AI agents and automation platforms is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of advertising operations and yield management principles is desirable.
Experience with global publisher partnerships or international markets is a plus.
Practical notes
This role is based in the New York office and requires work authorization in the United States.
The position is full-time and salary-based, with an estimated range of $65,000 to $85,000 annually.
