What you'll do
- Develop and implement machine learning models to analyze user behavior and predict conversion rates across various advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain scalable data pipelines that support machine learning initiatives.

Requirements
- A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related domain, with a focus on conversion modeling or user behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience in machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate insights effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
