Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects, particularly in wireless communication or networking domains.
- Strong understanding of wireless protocols and standards, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular technologies.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a positive team environment.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services, particularly those related to streaming media.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
