Enterprise Account Executive, Middle East
Job description
About the role
You will own a new-logo and expansion quota for global banks, private equity firms, and asset managers across the GCC from a base in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. You will build deep C-Suite relationships, map complex organizational structures, and develop multi-threaded deal strategies that span multiple stakeholders. You will lead rigorous discovery sessions and run proofs of value that are explicitly tied to clear business outcomes and quantifiable ROI. You will construct executive-ready business cases and skillfully navigate security, compliance, and legal reviews to keep deals moving forward. You will drive deals from initial prospecting through to multi-year enterprise license agreements, then partner closely with Post-Sales to ensure successful roll-outs, adoption, and upsells. You will consistently deliver against ARR targets while feeding actionable customer insights back to product and GTM teams to shape the roadmap. You will be the face of Rogo regionally, representing the company at conferences, regulator meetings, partner discussions, and press opportunities.
