About the role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join ROGO's team in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding existing client relationships within the financial sector, specifically targeting top-tier investment banks, private equity firms, and asset managers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with C-suite executives, understanding their complex organizational structures, and developing strategic, multi-threaded deal strategies to close large-scale enterprise agreements. You will lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, ensuring that clients realize the value of our AI solutions in transforming their financial workflows. What you'll do
- Manage and own a new-logo acquisition and expansion quota for global banks, private equity funds, and asset management firms.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and other senior decision-makers within target organizations.
- Map complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders and develop multi-threaded deal strategies that align with client needs and organizational priorities.
- Lead rigorous discovery sessions to understand client pain points, workflows, and strategic objectives, and demonstrate proofs of value that highlight the ROI of ROGO's AI solutions.
- Construct executive-ready business cases that clearly articulate the value proposition, and navigate security, compliance, and legal reviews to facilitate deal approval.
- Drive deals from initial prospecting through to multi-year enterprise license agreements, managing all stages of the sales cycle with discipline and focus.
- Partner closely with Post-Sales teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and deployment of solutions, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts.
- Consistently deliver on ARR targets, while providing valuable customer insights to product and go-to-market teams to inform future product development and sales strategies.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message to qualify leads, forecast accurately, and close deals efficiently.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to refine sales approaches and maintain a strategic advantage.
- Represent ROGO at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, positioning the company as a leader in enterprise AI for finance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored messaging and sales collateral that resonate with financial institutions.
- Manage negotiations around contract terms, pricing, and legal considerations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide feedback from clients and prospects to internal teams to help improve product features, usability, and customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of ROGO's AI offerings, security standards, and compliance frameworks to effectively communicate value and address client concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience closing complex SaaS deals, with at least 2 years in Fortune 1000 or regulated industry accounts such as finance or banking.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting $1M+ quotas using established sales frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Ability to translate advanced AI concepts into clear, compelling ROI narratives tailored for executive audiences.
- Strong pipeline management skills, with a disciplined approach to deal qualification, forecasting, and closing.
- Autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging senior executives and technical stakeholders alike.
- Experience navigating security, legal, and compliance reviews as part of complex enterprise sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic account plans and execute them effectively.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, including familiarity with investment banking, private equity, or capital markets, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for solving challenging problems and driving results.
