What you'll do

Lead the product development lifecycle for the Jobs Platform, from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and prioritize features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the Jobs Platform.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for new features and enhancements.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform product decisions and validate design concepts.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive data-informed decisions for future enhancements.
Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team, encouraging creative problem-solving and experimentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the Jobs Platform remains at the forefront of the market.
Mentor junior product team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Engage with the Roblox community to gather feedback and insights that will inform product development and enhance user experience.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that promote the Jobs Platform and its benefits to developers and users alike.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or gaming industries.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, with a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience working in agile development environments, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the Roblox platform and its community.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Nice to have

Experience in the jobs or recruitment sector, particularly within online platforms or gaming.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques, including A/B testing and user segmentation.
Previous experience in mentoring or leading product teams.

Skills & tools

Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.

This position is based in San Mateo, CA, and may require occasional travel for team meetings or industry events.
