What you'll do

• Spearhead the development of safety features that utilize AI for automating content reviews, enhancing the overall user experience.
• Stay ahead of potential threats by understanding and countering the tactics employed by malicious actors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various modalities of Machine Learning, including image, text, audio, video, 3D, and code.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a strong focus on product development.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI-based solutions at scale, particularly in real-time environments.
• Familiarity with Trust & Safety functions or similar areas that involve adversarial dynamics, ideally within user-generated content platforms.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms; experience with game engines is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• A flexible and adaptive mindset, capable of navigating uncertainty and leveraging it for opportunity.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Practical notes

The starting salary for this position ranges from $280,540 to $330,950 annually, depending on various factors such as experience, education, and market demand. Full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
