Reduce noncompliance risk in public materials through direct application of regulatory rules.
Maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks including FTC, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, FCA, or similar authorities.
Use strong written and verbal communication to deliver practical guidance to diverse business partners.
Manage multiple priorities and complex compliance projects independently with shifting deadlines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Content, Research, Engineering, or similar teams.
Utilize tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, Red Oak, Tableau, or Coda, and apply AI-enabled business tools within compliance contexts.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal or compliance role within financial services.
The degree field must support understanding of regulatory risk in marketing.
Bring 5+ years providing strategic guidance, review, and final approval on marketing and advertising content across campaigns, social media, and digital channels.
This experience must span multiple regulatory environments and content types.
Apply and provide guidance on advertising regulations such as SEC Marketing Rule, FINRA Rule 2210, or FTC advertising guidelines to creative assets.
Direct application of rules reduces noncompliance risk in public materials.
Maintain knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks including FTC, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, FCA, or similar authorities.
Up-to-date knowledge supports accurate reviews and timely advice.
Use strong written and verbal communication to deliver clear, practical guidance to diverse business partners.
