You will own the end to end strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs that deepen engagement across the Robinhood ecosystem. This role requires you to build bold narratives that connect the right user to the right action at the right time. You will partner with cross functional stakeholders to turn complex data into clear strategic roadmaps that fuel sustainable growth. What you'll do
- Own the strategy of lifecycle journeys and campaigns for your product areas identifying sizing and prioritizing opportunities that drive higher customer engagement.
- Collaborate with product marketing product design data science and content teams to develop personalized and compelling customer journeys.

- Communicate progress results and learnings clearly to both technical and non technical audiences through presentations and written narratives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5 plus years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services or equivalent experience in a data driven field.
- Analytical approach and experience with related tools concepts: Excel A/B testing relational databases.
- Results oriented approach with the humility drive and creativity to get it done.
- Experience with marketing strategy including opportunity assessment customer segmentation and message testing.
- Familiarity with SQL and or HTML a plus.
- In person attendance at our Menlo Park or New York office at least 3 days per week is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence cross functional partners.
