Requirements

Knowledge of Regulation Z, Regulation E, UDAAP, FCRA, ECOA/Reg B, and related banking rules is essential. Familiarity with these rules supports accurate implementation and decision-making.
Experience reviewing marketing materials and communications from a regulatory perspective is required. Reviews ensure claims and disclosures meet applicable standards.
