About the role

You will architect and build the foundational tools that empower developers to efficiently build on Ritual's infrastructure, shaping the core developer journey from the ground up. You will design and implement development frameworks, testing environments, and automation tools that make integrating with Ritual's AI and blockchain capabilities seamless and intuitive. Your work will directly define how developers perceive and interact with the Ritual platform, turning complex infrastructure into delightful experiences. You will identify friction points across the developer workflow and engineer elegant solutions that accelerate adoption and productivity. You will craft command-line interfaces and software development kits that abstract complexity while exposing powerful functionality. Your responsibilities will include building debugging and simulation capabilities specifically tailored for AI-blockchain interactions and execution. You will write clear, engaging documentation and tutorials that guide developers from initial setup to advanced implementation. You will run workshops and hackathons to energize the developer community and gather direct feedback to inform the roadmap. Requirements

• Demonstrate strong experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Rust, TypeScript, or Python in professional or open-source contexts.
• Bring past experience contributing to open-source projects, libraries, and tools that are used by other developers.
• Show a proven ability to build developer tools that are widely loved, adopted, and praised by the community.
• Possess a deep understanding of EVM architecture, smart contract development patterns, and the broader Ethereum ecosystem.
• Have experience with modern AI development workflows and MLOps tools across different compute environments and infrastructure layers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of container technologies, orchestration patterns, and modern deployment strategies.
• Exhibit proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly through both writing and speaking to diverse audiences.
• Display the ability to act quickly and efficiently under high-pressure scenarios while managing frequent context switches.
• Embrace a high level of end-to-end ownership and self-direction, coupled with excellent communication skills and collaboration.
