Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role with a strong track record of delivering complex systems.
• 3+ years of experience in a people management or leadership role, with demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers.
• Deep experience with cloud-native technologies, including containerization, orchestration, and microservices architectures.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with a proven ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Experience designing and operating scalable, resilient systems that handle high-throughput and critical business workflows.
• Familiarity with financial services, treasury management, or regulated environments is highly relevant and must be understood as part of the role.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to agile practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a cross-functional team environment.
• Willingness to engage with complex business problems and contribute to strategic technical decisions that impact the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
