What you'll do

• Coordinate internal rhythms and forums for DF Business Operations, including team all-hands, sprint reviews, and on-sites to maintain alignment and momentum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Operations, Producer, Technical Program Manager, or comparable operations role in a technical organization.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively across organizations, driving alignment and follow-through with partners outside your immediate team.
• Excellent written communication - comfortable turning messy inputs into clean summaries, agendas, and status updates.
• Fluency with Jira, Notion, and project and status tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with ambiguous problems and evolving scope.
