You will define the visual identity of a category-defining sales intelligence platform that records and analyzes in-person conversations for blue-collar trades businesses. You will translate complex sales workflows into clear, compelling, and high-performing visual narratives that live across every customer touchpoint. You will act as the primary visual storyteller for the Revenue team, owning the execution of campaigns, events, and sales enablement with uncompromising attention to detail. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the brand feels elite, cohesive, and human across both digital and physical worlds. You will relentlessly chase craftsmanship, turning brand strategy into tangible assets that drive clarity, trust, and conversion. You will help build the foundational design system that will scale with the company as we grow in an untapped market. Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and deliver stunning physical and digital assets for flagship company campaigns, in-person events, sales activations, and product launches.
- Own the visual execution of the Rilla brand across marketing and sales touchpoints, consistently upleveling presence and coherence.
- Collaborate daily with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to maintain a unified, elite brand experience across the entire customer journey.
- Translate abstract brand direction into concrete visual identities, building systems and templates that scale over time.
- Balance aesthetic beauty with measurable performance, designing assets that are both visually striking and conversion-focused.
- Craft layouts, typography, and imagery for sales enablement materials that help non-tech users understand and adopt the product.
- Execute high-quality print and digital designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Participate in brand development and evolution, shaping a more cohesive and compelling story for current and future customers.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Contribute to long-term brand equity by ensuring every asset reflects the company's mission to empower trades businesses with elite technology.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Possess 3+ years of professional experience as a brand designer or graphic designer in a startup, agency, or media-forward environment.
- Demonstrate a mastery of layout, typography, and brand systems across both digital and print mediums in your portfolio.
- Show a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders such as marketing, sales, customer success, and product leadership.
- Exhibit an obsession with quality, sweating the details and continuously leveling up the craft of design.
- Display strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and hit deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Be fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to produce production-ready assets.
- Thrive in a setting that requires wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of problems without direct supervision.
- Be comfortable working on a team that operates on a 6-day week, 12-hour days, aligned with a mission-driven, high-growth culture.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States and be eligible to start immediately in New York City.

Practical notes
This role requires a 6-day work week with 12-hour days due to the intense pace of building and defining the brand in a high-growth startup. The position is based in New York City and does not offer remote or hybrid arrangements. There is no current sponsorship available for visas, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and located in New York City. The fast-growth nature of the company means responsibilities will expand quickly, and the successful hire will need to adapt to evolving priorities.
