Business Operations
Job description
About the role
You will embed yourself directly inside the engineering, product, sales, and go-to-market teams to act as a connective tissue across the entire business. You will own the responsibility of diagnosing where processes fracture and rebuilding them into resilient, scalable systems. This role requires you to operate at the intersection of data and human behavior, turning raw conversation patterns into operational insight. You will be tasked with finding the hidden manual work that three different people are doing and eliminating it through automation and clear structure. You will thrive in an environment where the pace of growth outstrips the pace of documentation and you will build the structure as you run. It is a role for someone who gets extreme ownership of outcomes without needing to own every line of the process map. You will not just suggest improvements; you will force the implementation of systems that allow the company to move at its advertised speed.
