Business Development Representative
Job description
About the role
You will own the entire front-end sales motion from initial contact to closed deal without relying on warm leads. Your daily work involves using our mobile app to record real-world sales conversations and capturing every word spoken between the sales rep and the customer. You will leverage advanced AI technology to analyze these recordings and identify specific moments where the sales pitch loses the buyer's attention. This role requires you to evangelize the value of conversation intelligence to skeptical buyers in fast-paced environments like job sites and boardrooms. You will treat every interaction as a personal mission to prove that offline sales can be as data-driven as online marketing. Success in this position means you embrace the uncertainty of the unknown and thrive when there are no scripts to follow.
