What you'll do

• Act as the primary expert on technical implementation methods, including API integrations, ETL workflows, and data migrations.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to convert new product features and customer insights into standardized implementation practices.
• Document and enhance standardized methodologies for technical integration across customer projects.
• Create and uphold a framework that ensures partner-led implementations consistently meet Ridgeline's quality expectations.
• Support third-party consulting partners through onboarding, training, and providing resources such as documentation and shadowing opportunities.
• Develop and manage technical training programs for Ridgeline Academy, equipping consultants to lead customer implementations independently.
• Offer strategic advice for complex customer projects, assisting teams in navigating intricate integration challenges.
• Work with consulting and sales teams to design scalable integration solutions for sophisticated investment management firms.
• Identify areas for improvement in implementation processes and lead initiatives to enhance consistency and scalability within the services organization.
• Gather feedback from customer and partner engagements to inform product improvements and implementation tools.
• Create frameworks for partner enablement that reduce onboarding time and support a growing network of implementation partners.
• Promote a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring consultants, and fostering an environment of transparency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in implementing enterprise SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on technical integrations.
• Experience in B2B software implementation, particularly in investment management or financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of API integrations, ETL processes, and enterprise integration architectures.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Proficiency in Python or Java within implementation or integration contexts.
• Experience in developing or refining implementation methodologies across various customer projects.
• Proven track record in enabling, training, or mentoring consultants and customer-facing teams.
• Ability to influence the adoption of new implementation standards without direct authority.
• Strong consulting skills with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, able to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management to shape product direction based on implementation insights.
• A keen attention to detail and a commitment to enhancing implementation quality and operational efficiency.
• Eagerness to learn about new technologies and develop expertise in a specific business domain.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication in dynamic environments.
• A genuine interest in fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment management platforms or investment workflows across front, middle, and back offices.
• Familiarity with vendors and integration practices in the investment management sector.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms like Workato or MuleSoft.
• Background in creating training programs, certification content, or enablement materials.
• Experience leading partner enablement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and Slack.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected starting salary for this position ranges from $143,000 to $179,000 OTE. In select locations such as the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City Metro Area, the range may be adjusted to between $158,000 and $197,000 OTE. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's experience and skills.
