Founding Content Marketing/Storytelling
Job description
Founding Content Marketing/Storytelling at Retell Ai.
About the role
This role owns how Retell's most strategic customer stories are discovered, shaped, and told. You will interview customers like a reporter, uncover angles that pure marketers would miss, and turn those insights into case studies, essays, and social narratives that resonate. You report directly to the CEO and operate with high ownership in a founder-led environment. Your work will define how the market hears about Retell's impact in enterprise voice AI. You translate complex automation outcomes into clear, human stories that buyers trust and sales teams can use. This is a craft-first role where clarity, originality, and editorial judgment matter more than volume.
