What you'll do

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in building enclosure or related construction fields.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices related to building enclosures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and materials is a plus.
