What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple building enclosure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in building enclosure or related construction fields.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices related to building enclosures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and materials is a plus.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
