What you'll do
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital and print
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual and written content for seasonal promotions and product launches
- Assist in organizing in-store events and community activations that connect customers with the brand's outdoor mission
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for the marketing leadership team on a regular basis
- Coordinate with retail partners and store teams to ensure consistent messaging across both physical and digital storefronts
- Help manage social media accounts and identify opportunities for customer engagement and user-generated content campaigns
- Contribute to the development of seasonal marketing calendars and coordinate launch timelines for new product lines
- Work with the analytics team to identify key audience segments and help tailor messaging to reach them effectively
- Draft compelling copy for email newsletters, advertisements, and digital assets used in both paid and organic outreach
- Attend weekly team meetings and provide clear updates on project progress, timelines, and any blockers or concerns
- Research competitor marketing strategies and industry trends to inform the team's approach and keep campaigns fresh
- Assist in the budgeting process for marketing initiatives by tracking expenses and forecasting resource needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
- At least two years of hands-on experience in a marketing, advertising, or public relations role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to produce clear and polished content
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of how each platform serves a unique audience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with content creation tools and basic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics concepts and the ability to interpret performance data for reporting purposes
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-moving marketing department
- Willingness to occasionally travel to other locations or attend events outside of regular business hours
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple campaigns and competing priorities

- Knowledge of outdoor recreation, lifestyle brands, or the sporting goods retail industry
