About the role
At Reevo, you will own the full deployment lifecycle for customers as they bring their revenue teams to life on our platform. You will be the primary point of contact during critical rollout periods, shaping how teams operate from day one. This role requires you to translate messy, real-world requirements into clean, prescriptive setups that drive immediate productivity. You will deeply understand the intersection between product capabilities and go-to-market workflows. You will partner closely with engineers to turn customer needs into scalable solutions. You will be measured by your ability to deliver fast time to value and own the outcomes of every deployment. This is a role designed for builders who want direct impact on how customers succeed.
Key facts
What you'll do
Orchestrate end-to-end deployment of revenue teams onto the Reevo platform, owning the complete journey from kickoff to steady state operations.
Configure Reevo workflows and pipelines based on first principles reasoning about how each customer actually sells, rather than forcing them into generic templates.
Map and execute data migrations to ensure day-one trust and accuracy in customer records and historical transactions.
Integrate lead forms, webhooks, and data syncs to connect Reevo with existing martech stacks using light scripting and technical glue.
Drive user adoption through hands-on training sessions and by removing blockers that prevent sales and ops teams from logging in and using the tool.
Diagnose process pain points during customer engagements and prescribe setup changes that align with their business motion and constraints.
Partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to scope technical requirements and translate them into production-ready solutions.
Turn each deployment into a documented playbook that accelerates the next implementation and creates a reusable customer reference.
Operate effectively in an on-site capacity in San Francisco while traveling to customer locations for intensive sprints and workshops.
Continuously improve your own capabilities so that every deployment makes you faster, more technical, and more consultative.
Requirements
Must be a new graduate or have approximately 0-3 years of relevant work experience, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Must be comfortable working with data, including writing SQL queries and understanding data models.
Must have strong appetite and capacity to learn APIs, integrations, and light scripting in tools used for revenue operations.
Must demonstrate consultative instincts, including the ability to interview stakeholders and prescribe solutions rather than only executing requests.
Must be willing and able to be based in San Francisco and to travel regularly to customer offices for onsite deployments.
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities expand rapidly as you prove your capability and ownership.
Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders under pressure during rollout periods.
Must align with the company's mission to rebuild the revenue stack from the ground up with speed and clarity.
Nice to have
Prior exposure to CRM systems, RevOps practices, or sales engagement platforms.
Experience shipping small scripts and integrations that automate parts of the revenue workflow.
Background in B2B sales, marketing operations, or customer success roles that involve heavy tool adoption.
Practical notes
This role requires five days a week in the San Francisco office to maintain in-person culture and collaboration.
Travel to customer sites for onsite sprints is expected as part of the deployment responsibilities.
The position is full-time and eligible for comprehensive benefits and early-stage equity participation.
