About the role
This role brings Reevo's revenue orchestration platform to life within customer organizations. You will guide clients from initial deployment to full operational use, ensuring they quickly realize value from our software. This position involves deep engagement with customer go-to-market teams to transform their processes using Reevo. You will act as the primary point of contact, translating complex platform capabilities into clear, actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders. Your work will directly influence how efficiently a customer's sales operation runs on a daily basis. You will be responsible for identifying process gaps and proposing solutions that maximize the platform's impact. Success in this role is measured by the speed of adoption and the tangible business outcomes customers achieve. You will be a strategic partner, advisor, and technical expert rolled into one position.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end customer deployments, owning the timeline and ensuring rapid value realization from day one.
- Configure the Reevo platform to mirror each customer's unique business model, sales motions, and operational realities.
- Implement technical integrations such as lead forms, webhooks, and data synchronization, utilizing light scripting to connect systems.
- Lead data migration efforts, performing validations and transformations to ensure accuracy and build immediate customer trust.
- Drive product adoption by conducting user training sessions and proactively removing barriers to usage within the sales team.
- Analyze workflow performance using data analysis to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Document every deployment step, creating reusable playbooks and compelling customer references for future sales cycles.
- Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams to align the technology with their strategic objectives and revenue targets.
- Translate technical jargon into clear instructions that enable non-technical teams to manage their workflows independently.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues, coordinating with internal engineering to resolve them swiftly.
- Maintain high standards for data hygiene, ensuring that the customer's pipeline remains clean and actionable.
- Support the creation of internal training materials that empower customers to get the most out of the Reevo platform.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of relevant professional experience, including new graduates; emphasis will be placed on growth potential and coachability rather than prior domain knowledge.
- Comfortable working with data structures and eager to develop technical skills in SQL, APIs, and scripting languages.
- Ability to quickly diagnose customer workflow needs and recommend effective, platform-driven solutions.
- Willingness to work on-site in our San Francisco office five days a week and travel regularly to customer locations for onsite sprints.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- A methodical approach to problem-solving, with the patience to troubleshoot issues systematically.
- Readiness to take ownership of ambiguous projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, or broader Revenue Operations tools and methodologies.
- Previous experience with sales enablement technologies and content management strategies.
- Background in developing small scripts or integrations that automate repetitive tasks.
- Any experience with workflow mapping or process documentation in a B2B environment.
Practical notes
This role is based in our San Francisco office five days a week, requiring your consistent presence to collaborate effectively with the team. Regular travel to customer sites is required for multi-day onsite sprints, so the candidate must be willing to travel domestically.
