About the role
Reevo is seeking a highly experienced Product Lead to take charge of the "Find" product pillar, which is dedicated to prospecting and pipeline generation. This role is pivotal in defining and executing the product strategy for a unified, AI-native platform that transforms how modern go-to-market teams identify, qualify, and engage with potential customers. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Find product pillar, translating ambiguous market problems into a clear product vision that directly fuels pipeline creation. You will architect the future of prospecting by ensuring the platform delivers accurate, actionable insights that empower teams to move buyers efficiently. A core part of your mandate will be to synthesize feedback from enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to prioritize features that drive measurable outcomes. You will be the primary advocate for the Find product within the executive suite, articulating its strategic value and roadmap trajectory. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to balance long-term platform integrity with the immediate demands of sales and marketing teams. Define the product strategy and execution roadmap for the Find pillar, aligning feature development with the core objectives of prospecting and pipeline generation.
Architect workflows that streamline the discovery of prospects, integrating data quality enhancements directly into the user journey of sales and marketing operators.
Champion the improvement of data quality signals across the platform, ensuring that users can trust the insights that drive their outreach efforts.
Collaborate with data science teams to refine and integrate scoring models, ensuring that prioritization features deliver increasingly relevant leads over time.
Lead the integration strategy with vendor APIs and internal data sources, enabling seamless entity resolution and a unified view of the customer landscape.
Partner with design and engineering to build search and discovery surfaces that are intuitive, powerful, and tailored for complex B2B buying environments.
Own the requirements and acceptance criteria for features that span the sales intelligence and data enrichment ecosystems, ensuring technical feasibility and user value.
Translate complex technical concepts related to data pipelines and algorithms into clear business value propositions for executives and stakeholders.
Manage the lifecycle of multi-surface platform features, guiding them from initial concept through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration based on performance data.
Ensure the product complies with data licensing and redistribution standards, embedding compliance considerations into the product architecture.
Develop deep empathy for both daily users, such as sales representatives, and strategic stakeholders like operations leaders, balancing their distinct needs in the product roadmap.
Act as the central point of ownership for the Find product pillar, navigating ambiguity and making decisive trade-offs to maintain momentum and clarity.
Champion the adoption of AI-native capabilities within the prospecting workflow, identifying opportunities where machine learning can enhance human decision-making.
Represent the Find pillar in cross-functional discussions, aligning engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams around a shared vision for revenue impact.
Drive the definition and tracking of key product metrics related to pipeline generation, data quality, and user engagement to validate product success.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 6 years of product management experience in B2B software, with a proven track record of managing complex, data-intensive products that directly influence revenue pipelines.
Demonstrate extensive experience working with sales intelligence, data enrichment, intent platforms, or similar data-heavy B2B products where accuracy and speed are critical.
Show a strong technical understanding of data pipelines, entity resolution, vendor APIs, and scoring models, with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly with engineering leadership.
Provide a documented history of successfully delivering multi-surface platform features, managing the full spectrum from initial discovery through to post-launch optimization.
Exhibit a deep understanding of the distinct needs of daily users, such as sales representatives who rely on speed and accuracy, and operations leaders who prioritize data quality and governance.
Operate with a high ownership mentality, capable of prioritizing effectively and maintaining composure and productivity in ambiguous or rapidly changing market and product environments.
Communicate with excellence, translating intricate technical concepts into clear business value for a diverse array of stakeholders, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
Bring prior experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments, demonstrating adaptability and a bias for action, with familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in sales tools being a significant advantage.
Show knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR and CCPA, along with direct experience managing data licensing, redistribution, and privacy implications within product decisions.

Prior experience with dedicated prospecting or sales engagement platforms, where you have influenced core product direction.
Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications relevant to sales, marketing, and predictive modeling within a B2B context.
