Compensation: Base salary of 65,000 USD for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in this specific role.
What you'll do
You will provide a dedicated, consistently high level of service tailored to individual traveler and booking manager requirements, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. You will effectively manage your workload to meet all client and internally driven deadlines without delay. You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of account-specific processes and policies, adapting quickly to any necessary changes. When escalations are necessary, you will work directly with the client's Global Travel Manager for guidance on policy matters. Pre-trip approval knowledge will be an advantage in your consultative approach. You will proactively analyze travel requests and provide end-to-end solutions. You will advise proactively on passport and visa requirements and procedures for all destinations, ensuring travelers receive accurate guidance early. You will rigorously apply Quality Control procedures and processes in line with ISO27001 data security certification and PCI compliance. You will recommend and procure ancillary products such as car rental and ferry services as required. You will maintain good knowledge of high-speed domestic and intercontinental rail options.
Requirements
You must be fluent in English, demonstrating excellence in both verbal and written communication. You must possess experience and knowledge of pre-trip approval systems. You are responsible for managing your own ticket issuance for both Air and Eurostar. You will calculate your own reissues and changes in a timely manner, coordinating directly with the Ticketing Department. You will demonstrate exceptional telephone manner and strong written skills. You have a proven ability to make effective use of available resources to complete tasks against agreed deadlines, with a continuous record of experience in a core business travel environment. You hold a minimum qualification level of Fares & Ticketing VAII (formally BA2). You are fully conversant with one or all GDS systems, including Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus. You have good knowledge of US Domestic and European rail provider frameworks and reservation systems. You possess comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry and products, including different aircraft types and cabins. You have knowledge of Low-Cost Carriers and their distinct product offerings. You have experience with mixed mode booking tools, supporting both offline and online bookings. You adopt a 'team player' approach within the office environment. You are proficient in using MS Word and Excel software packages for reporting and record-keeping. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail. You can work well in a highly pressurized environment and adapt quickly to increases in travel request volumes. You maintain a flexible approach regarding the working environment and are willing to work from different office locations as needed. You can build strong rapport with all clients.
Nice to have
Experience using pre-trip approval systems and mixed-mode booking tools that integrate online and offline booking flows is valued.

The role is remote within the USA, requiring flexibility across office locations and time zones. Travel is not a regular requirement, though occasional work across different office locations may occur. Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must maintain their own work authorization.
