What you'll do

• Analyze complex project requirements to capture detailed acceptance criteria that establish the foundation for rigorous testing protocols.
• Establish and maintain baseline infrastructure that mirrors production with high fidelity to ensure testing results remain valid and reliable in simulated environments.
• Oversee the build process by integrating code changes while enforcing rigorous version control discipline to maintain system integrity and traceability.
• Coordinate comprehensive review cycles with development teams to identify defects early and verify that proposed solutions are complete, correct, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end release management of products to government clients, validating data insights solutions against specific mission requirements to confirm strategic objective alignment.
• Collaborate with technology partners to align testing strategies, resolve integration barriers, and ensure seamless interoperability across diverse technical ecosystems.
• Document all workflows, decisions, and configurations to preserve institutional knowledge and support future scalability, process improvement, and operational continuity.
• Serve as the central manager of the Release Management process for baseline IT infrastructure, acting as the definitive authority on deployment procedures and standards.
• Monitor and assess system configuration practices to identify risks, enforce compliance, and implement corrective actions that uphold security and reliability standards.
• Guide partners through the entire product lifecycle, providing technical leadership and strategic direction from initial intake through final deployment and post-implementation validation.

Requirements

To excel in this position, a candidate must bring three to five years of specific experience in quality assurance within technical environments focused on data insights and mission-critical applications. A deep mastery of release management processes and infrastructure configuration practices is mandatory, along with strong analytical skills to assess complex systems and validate data integrity effectively. Clear communication is essential; the candidate must be able to convey technical concepts to both specialized engineers and government stakeholders at various organizational levels with precision and professionalism. A specific understanding of data insights platforms and technology solutions serving critical missions is required, demonstrating familiarity with the unique constraints and requirements of the public sector environment. The role necessitates a high degree of independence, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Candidates must be U.S. citizens eligible for public trust security requirements, able to obtain and maintain the necessary clearances, and capable of meeting the stringent reliability and compliance standards inherent to government contracting.
