• Oversee and nurture a specific portfolio of mid-market advertisers and agency partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Generate revenue by providing expert advice on campaign strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and staying informed on market trends.
• Work closely with Account Strategists to implement, enhance, and evaluate advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
• Gather and relay product feedback and market insights to internal teams, contributing to the development of effective go-to-market strategies.
• Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly revenue targets through strategic sales planning and relationship management.
• Play a key role in establishing scalable sales processes and best practices that will benefit the entire team.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your client base to maximize revenue potential.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and revenue growth to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform your sales approach and client recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align on promotional strategies and initiatives that support client objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in account management, digital media sales, or paid social strategy, demonstrating a strong background in the field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, showcasing your ability to drive sales success.
• In-depth understanding of auction dynamics, the digital advertising landscape, and the customer marketing funnel.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into compelling narratives for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and internal teams alike.
• Willingness to work in the San Francisco office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
