You will take ownership of the Singapore mid-market territory and drive the adoption of Qualtrics' Experience Management platform among commercial customers. The role requires you to rapidly learn client business goals and local market dynamics while operating with autonomy and initiative. You will translate complex XM capabilities into measurable business outcomes for buyers in Financial Services and Education. What you'll do
Drive new business wins and revenue growth in the Singapore commercial and mid-market segments by prospecting, qualifying, and closing a defined target account list.
Own and execute vertical account plans that include targeted account lists, tailored messaging, and go-to-market approaches for priority sectors.
Develop and maintain power maps for key accounts, designing demand generation strategies and multi-stage closing plans to move complex deals forward.
Establish trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, guiding customers from initial discovery through procurement discussions to smooth handover to customer success teams.
Coordinate solutions consultants, customer success, legal, sales operations, and finance to assemble compelling proposals, align pricing and scope, and support contract execution.
Leverage product, analytics, and XM expertise to position Qualtrics solutions effectively, incorporating AI capabilities and sector-specific insights to address buyer needs.
Maintain rigorous market and competitive intelligence, adjusting your selling approach in response to market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and evolving customer requirements.
Build a robust, qualified pipeline by consistently hunting for new opportunities and converting target accounts across mid-market segments.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability by pivoting strategies as deals evolve, ensuring sustainable adoption and long-term customer value.

Requirements
You must have proven success in SaaS or technology sales roles, ideally with 4-8 years of experience in commercial or mid-market environments.
You need a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous positions, demonstrating disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
You should be a new business hunter capable of building qualified pipelines and converting target accounts without relying solely on inbound interest.
You must have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a history of closing deals that deliver mutual value and drive sustainable adoption.
You are expected to collaborate effectively across functions, partnering with solutions consultants, customer success, legal, sales operations, and finance.
You need to be adaptable and resilient, able to pivot based on market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and specific customer needs.
You should possess vertical awareness or selling experience in Financial Services and/or Education, understanding the unique challenges and buying processes in these sectors.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved through collaboration.
Nice to have
Prior experience selling SaaS platforms to mid-market organizations in Singapore is preferred.
