What you'll do

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring that all phases are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and updated, providing a clear record of project activities and decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with approved financial plans.
• Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration, open communication, and a culture of accountability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project status.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement in future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in managing software development projects or IT-related initiatives.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a project context.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
