Requirements

- Strong understanding of optical waveguides, lasers, and photonic integrated circuits.
- Experience with experimental techniques for characterizing photonic devices and circuits.
- Familiarity with quantum mechanics principles as they relate to photonic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
