• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize resources and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
