What you'll do

• Develop responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, interactive user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development and version control using Git.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure a seamless user experience and to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in frontend development, integrating new tools and techniques to enhance project outcomes.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the frontend and backend systems.
• Assist in the development of documentation for code, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Engage in agile methodologies, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to align with team goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles and improve their technical skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights that inform project direction and priorities.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability in line with business objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks, ensuring applications are accessible and functional on various devices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and the ability to integrate them into frontend applications effectively.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript or other typed languages, enhancing code quality and maintainability.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha, and experience in writing unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or MobX, improving application state handling.
• Experience in working with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, facilitating collaboration with design teams.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring inclusivity in web applications.
