About the role
The is responsible for owning the full lifecycle recruitment for Full Domain Experts and Full Domain Specialists across a demanding spectrum of technical roles. This position requires a proactive partner who collaborates closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into precise role profiles and hiring criteria. The hire will manage multiple concurrent requisitions while safeguarding an exceptional candidate experience and rigorous standards. They will extend and negotiate offers, acting as a clear representative of Provectus compensation philosophy and value proposition. A core focus will be building robust direct-sourcing pipelines utilizing LinkedIn, GitHub, and various community channels. The role involves identifying and engaging passive candidates who are performing consequential AI work in the market. Furthermore, the partner will develop and maintain detailed talent maps for FDE and FDX roles within the Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences verticals. The position will architect and execute a comprehensive US talent community strategy, including meetups, workshops, and hackathons. Success in this role demands the ability to build authentic relationships with AI/ML communities, university programs, and key professional networks. The individual will represent Provectus at recruiting and industry events to elevate brand awareness and establish the company as a leader in applied AI talent.

What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for FDE and FDX roles (Software Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Architect, Leaders, BDM, Solution Owner) across the US.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring criteria, and sourcing strategy.
- Manage pipelines across multiple active requisitions simultaneously, maintaining rigor and candidate experience.
- Extend and negotiate offers; represent Provectus compensation philosophy and value proposition.
- Build direct-sourcing pipelines via LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, and referral networks.
- Identify and engage passive candidates doing consequential AI work.
- Develop and maintain talent maps for FDE and FDX profiles in Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences verticals.
- Architect and execute Provectus talent community strategy in the US (meetups, workshops, hackathons, online channels).
- Build relationships with AI/ML communities, university programs, and professional networks.
- Represent Provectus at recruiting and industry events to raise brand awareness.
- Ensure candidate experience reflecting Obsession, Ownership, Transparency, and Partnership values.
- Partner with People & Talent leadership on workforce planning, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
Requirements
- Possess + years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a fast-paced technical environment focused on AI, cloud, or consulting.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of sourcing and hiring senior technical profiles, specifically AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, and consulting leaders.
- Show evidence of personal AI adoption, integrating AI tools directly into the recruiting workflow to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Exhibit experience in building and maintaining talent communities through organizing events, meetups, and leveraging professional networks and university programs.
- Communicate with excellence and manage stakeholders effectively at the C-level and with senior technical leadership.
- Have hands-on experience with ATS platforms and utilize data-driven methodologies to inform recruiting decisions.
- Operate as a highly organized and self-directed professional who remains comfortable with ambiguity while working within distributed global teams.
