What you'll do
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes, ensuring rapid and reliable deployments.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and translate them into scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
- Implement and maintain configuration management tools to automate system configurations and deployments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, optimizing resource usage and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining performance standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Conduct regular security assessments and implement best practices to safeguard our applications and data.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production systems, addressing incidents and minimizing downtime.
- Work closely with QA teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring quality assurance at every stage of development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to our existing processes and tools.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with a strong understanding of software development and IT operations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby for automation tasks.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, with hands-on experience in setting up and managing pipelines.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP/S.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello for project management.
