AI Enablement
Job description
About the role
You partner with enterprise leadership to turn AI from an experiment into the default way they work. You own the design and delivery of live learning experiences that make the shift from exploration to execution stick. You facilitate skill-authoring labs, executive coaching, and train-the-trainer programs that embed new capabilities into the customer's culture. You act as the primary Provectus representative in the room, setting the tone for consulting-grade rigor and curiosity. You treat every session as a product, iterating on the playbook based on real-time feedback and outcomes. You translate complex AI mechanics into practical Cowork workflows that leaders can actually adopt. You bring the love of standing in front of a room and the discipline of preparing as if it were your first time, every time. You help the offering mature by feeding your insights directly back into the curriculum so the next cohort is stronger than the last.
Key facts
What you'll do
Orchestrate end-to-end learning journeys that guide enterprise teams from AI skepticism to confident, repeatable execution.
Design and deliver live, cohort-based sessions that blend theory, demonstration, and hands-on Cowork labs for maximum adoption.
Partner with customer stakeholders to co-create skill-authoring labs that mirror their real workflows and decision points.
Coach executive sponsors on how to reinforce AI behaviors, remove roadblocks, and model vulnerability with new tools.
Lead train-the-trainer programs that equip internal champions to sustain the capability after Provectus support ends.
Translate emerging AI patterns and platform updates into practical scenarios that fit the customer's operating context.
Observe and document participant reactions, friction points, and success stories to refine the curriculum in real time.
Maintain a sharp, consulting-grade presence that balances warmth with the rigor expected by skeptical leadership teams.
Run playbooks forward and backward, stress-testing each exercise against plausible objections, constraints, and edge cases.
Own the narrative arc of each session, ensuring that learning objectives, outcomes, and next steps are clear, measurable, and owned.
Surface recurring themes from the field and translate them into product ideas, content updates, and capability requests for the broader team.
Champion a mindset of disciplined preparation, where every facilitation is treated as if it were the first and the five-hundredth at the same time.
Build a library of facilitation artifacts, including prompts, debrief questions, and coaching scripts that compound in value over time.
Act as a feedback hub between customers and product teams, ensuring that real-world usage directly shapes the evolution of the offering.
Requirements
You have a track record of designing and facilitating complex learning programs for senior audiences in enterprise settings.
You are comfortable standing in front of a room and shaping the energy of a leadership discussion in real time.
You possess consulting-grade presence, with the ability to be both warm and rigorous when the situation demands it.
You have a genuine appetite for teaching what you learn and translating technical concepts into practical, actionable steps.
You understand the difference between explaining a tool and enabling a behavior change across an organization.
You are disciplined in your preparation, treating every session as if it were your first even after delivering it dozens of times.
You can listen for what is not said and adjust your facilitation on the fly to meet the group where they are.
You are comfortable iterating on a product that is never truly finished, feeding your observations back into the curriculum.
Nice to have
Experience using AI tools like Cowork in real work contexts and being able to translate that experience into teachable moments.
Familiarity with consulting engagement structures, including scoping, discovery, and executive stakeholder management.
A portfolio or examples of programs you have designed and facilitated, especially those that drove measurable adoption or behavior change.
