Key facts

What you'll do

1. Support key change initiatives across the business to help teams adopt new processes and technologies successfully.

2. Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas where organizational change can improve workflows and outcomes.

3. Communicate clearly with employees at all levels about upcoming changes and how they will affect day-to-day work.

4. Help teams navigate transitions by providing guidance, resources, and consistent updates throughout each initiative.

5. Coordinate with HR, project managers, and department leads to align change efforts with business goals.

6. Gather feedback from employees to understand how they are experiencing organizational shifts and where support is needed.

7. Document change plans, timelines, and progress updates to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

8. Contribute to the development of training materials and communication assets that support new ways of working.

9. Monitor the adoption of new processes and report on results to leadership and project sponsors.

10. Build relationships with team members to foster trust and encourage open dialogue during periods of transition.

11. Partner with leadership to define change objectives and success metrics for each initiative.

12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to share ideas for organizational growth.

Requirements

1. Early-career professional or someone looking to transition into HR, Change Management, Learning and Development, or Project and Program Management.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas in straightforward language.

3. Genuine interest in collaboration, problem-solving, and supporting organizational transformation in a fast-paced setting.

4. Curiosity and adaptability when facing new challenges and shifting priorities.

5. Comfort working with people from diverse backgrounds and skill levels across different departments.

7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

8. Willingness to learn change management concepts and apply them in real-world situations.

9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.

Nice to have

1. Prior experience in human resources, learning and development, or project coordination roles.

2. Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools for tracking initiatives and deliverables.

3. Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, or team meetings around process improvements.

4. Understanding of how organizations adopt new technologies and ways of working at scale.

5. Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and how to foster buy-in for organizational initiatives.

Skills & tools

1. Proficiency with common office productivity suites for creating presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.

2. Ability to use project tracking platforms to manage change initiative timelines and tasks.

3. Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with stakeholders across the organization.

4. Capability to design and deliver clear written communications such as updates, guides, and summaries.

5. Comfort with data collection and basic analysis to measure change adoption and outcomes.

6. Familiarity with learning management systems or employee engagement survey platforms is a plus.

Practical notes

1. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the Maple Plain location.
