PropHero is seeking an SDR Intern in Madrid to support the growth and efficiency of our sales pipeline. You will own proactive outreach to potential leads across targeted markets using a consultative and enthusiastic approach. What you'll do
Proactively reach out to leads using a structured and enthusiastic communication style to generate interest.
Sort and qualify incoming leads to prioritize the most promising opportunities for the sales team.
Book and schedule calls for sales closers to maximize their availability and pipeline progression.
Introduce PropHero to potential clients, ensuring they clearly understand our unique value proposition and platform.
Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of a high-quality, organized leads database.

Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration (ADE) or a related field.
Be in the 3rd or 4th year of your undergraduate studies.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Show a high level of proactivity and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while working under time constraints.
Have basic knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet organization.
Be based in Madrid with the flexibility to attend the office in a hybrid work arrangement.
Available to commit to the internship schedule as defined by the team.
Comfortable using online collaboration tools and video conferencing platforms.
Possess a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning.
