What you'll do

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property management processes and software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• A passion for technology and a desire to contribute to innovative solutions in the property management space.

Nice to have

• Experience with software development or project management methodologies.

• Knowledge of the Australian property market and relevant regulations.

Skills & tools

Candidates should be comfortable using a variety of software tools, including CRM systems, project management software, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with property management platforms and digital marketing tools will be advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
