• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software, ensuring all phases of the project are accurately represented.
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for various maritime projects, including labor, materials, and overhead, to support project planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary data and insights for accurate estimation and scheduling.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Conduct regular reviews of project progress against the established schedule and budget, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and estimation within the maritime or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy in estimates and schedules.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and standards is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management (PMP or similar) is advantageous.
• Experience with cost control and financial management in maritime projects.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.
