These programs operate on a recurring basis, whether monthly, quarterly, or seasonally, and are delivered as ready-to-use marketing systems. A significant portion of the role involves setting up interactions around trade shows and supporting broader prospect development activities for the enterprise. You will engage in direct outreach to franchise decision-makers, explaining program features, costs, and registration steps with clarity and precision. Following up on expressed interest and guiding contacts through the onboarding process is a standard and critical responsibility of this position. Appointment scheduling for both retail and franchise buyers forms another essential function that keeps the sales pipeline active and engaged.

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen your understanding of PrintComm strategies and vertical markets.
- Build and expand outreach lists to contact prospects and secure their involvement in authorized campaigns.
- Present direct mail options and clarify pricing to franchisees to address questions and overcome objections.
- Update tracking systems to reflect contact activity and pipeline progress in real time.
- Hand off materials to Enterprise Sales Executives to ensure message consistency and a unified sales approach.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent credential as your foundational educational achievement.
- Bring 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service to the role.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in all interactions.
- Show comfort with cold calling and the ability to navigate objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain a positive, organized, and structured approach to daily work responsibilities.
- Exhibit friendliness and strong organizational skills when handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Display proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce as essential technical tools for the position.
- Commit to adhering to brand guidelines to keep local enrollment aligned with national standards.
