Senior Strategic Finance Manager
Job description
About the role
This senior finance role is the primary Finance partner for the Product organization at Preply, embedding directly into their planning rhythms and trusted by senior leadership to turn product decisions into financial conviction. You will own the end-to-end financial strategy for core product areas, translating experimentation results into company-level revenue impact and serving as the thought partner that product leaders lean on for prioritization and resourcing calls. The position requires navigating real strategic ambiguity by building frameworks and defining metrics for unproven investment areas like non-language subjects and AI-assisted learning, bringing rigor to these bets. You will drive portfolio management for the product investment portfolio, lead the financial narrative in AOP and LRP, and construct the financial thesis for high upside, high uncertainty bets. Day to day, you will own the financial model, measure product ROI through experiment lift and cohort analysis, and use AI tools to move faster than traditional FP&A builds allow. This role is critical for ensuring that every Preply lesson continues to spark change and drive progress at global scale by aligning product ambition with financial reality.
