Job description
About the role
You will own the design, optimization, and future-proofing of Preply's GTM system landscape, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, and Intercom, ensuring these systems work as a unified engine for revenue growth. You will lead a fast-moving, high-performing team that values precision, autonomy, and continuous improvement, guiding them to elevate operational excellence. You will transform RevOps from a reactive support function into a proactive scalability engine that empowers every go-to-market decision. You will have the opportunity to build and shape the next-generation GTM infrastructure that powers global growth for Preply's expanding tutor and learner community. You will ensure that every lesson spark captured in the system translates into measurable progress for learners, tutors, and the business.
