About the role
You will define and execute recruitment marketing initiatives that connect Preply's hiring priorities with the right talent communities. You will translate business needs into compelling attraction strategies that resonate across diverse markets and cultures. You will act as the bridge between Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand, ensuring hiring goals are supported by smart, data-informed campaigns. You will design experiences that spark curiosity and encourage meaningful engagement with Preply as an employer. You will measure what matters, learn quickly, and continuously refine your approach to maximize impact. You will champion collaboration across teams and ensure every touchpoint reflects Preply's human-led, tech-enabled approach to learning. You will help create a talent ecosystem where the right people feel invited, informed, and inspired to join Preply.

What you'll do
- Build attraction roadmaps for priority hiring chapters such as Engineering, Data and AI, Design, and Commercial teams.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to clarify hiring goals, target talent audiences, and the right moments to engage.
- Collaborate with Brand and Employer Brand to shape campaigns, careers page narratives, event concepts, and content briefs that speak to talent needs.
- Analyze Glassdoor insights, candidate feedback, and engagement data to identify themes and opportunities for employer brand improvement.
- Translate hiring priorities into clear briefs for internal and external content, ensuring alignment with Preply's human-led brand values.
- Design and support talent events, including meetups, conference presences, and community activations that showcase Preply's mission and culture.
- Create engaging booth experiences and event journeys that invite meaningful conversations with technical and commercial talent.
- Plan and execute community partnerships with relevant groups, forums, and local ecosystems to expand Preply's reach in key cities.
- Use campaign performance data to recommend optimizations, pause underperforming activities, and scale what drives qualified engagement.
- Own end-to-end event planning, from concept and logistics to execution and post-event analysis, in close partnership with TA and local leads.
- Develop storytelling assets that highlight real Preply people, projects, and impact to support recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews of job role positioning, ensuring clarity and relevance for diverse audiences across markets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of interested candidates through targeted outreach, event follow-ups, and ongoing community nurturing.
- Track and report on recruitment marketing KPIs, including engagement rates, event attendance, and application conversion trends.
- Continuously test new formats, channels, and messages to keep Preply's employer presence fresh and effective.
- Work closely with local teams to adapt global campaigns to regional preferences, languages, and cultural nuances.
- Support the creation of chapter-specific meetups that bring together learners, tutors, and internal experts to strengthen community ties.
- Contribute to Preply's long-term employer brand vision by aligning recruitment marketing with overarching business objectives.
Requirements
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. You must bring several years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or a closely related domain. You must have a strong track record working with data, analytics tools, and campaign performance measurement. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication across teams and platforms. You must be able to work independently while also thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You must have experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing without direct authority. You must be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing business needs. You must have a genuine interest in education, learning ecosystems, and the impact of human-led development. You must be willing to work from the Barcelona office and comply with company policies and processes.
Nice to have
Experience in EdTech, online learning platforms, or global marketplaces for talent is strongly preferred. Background in community building, user research, or growth marketing is highly valued. Familiarity with AI in education and emerging trends in personalized learning is a clear advantage. Experience working with employer branding platforms, Glassdoor, and job distribution tools is beneficial.
