Creative Project Coordinator
Job description
About the role
WE POWER PEOPLE'S PROGRESS.
At Preply, we build life-changing learning experiences. We connect students with the ideal tutor, design a custom study path, and help learners maintain consistent progress. Our method relies on human guidance enhanced by technology. This model is creating measurable change. We have achieved unicorn status following a $150M Series D round. This funding accelerates our mission to transform education globally through human-led, AI-supported learning. Today, more than 100,000 tutors instruct over 90 languages to students in 180 countries. Our growth is just beginning. As a category-defining company, we are defining the future of learning at a global scale. Every lesson creates change, supports ambition, and drives meaningful progress. Joining Preply means helping shape global education and building something significant for millions of people each day.
You will manage the complete production cycle for YouTube content featuring Preply tutors and students, owning concept development, scriptwriting, on-camera coordination, and multi-format editing. You will define and refine the YouTube content strategy to align precisely with brand goals and audience needs while ensuring narrative coherence. You will lead production for B2B and tutor-focused videos to communicate value to corporate clients and demonstrate how Preply best supports the tutor community. You will partner with the Social Media Manager to manage the YouTube publishing schedule so that stories about tutors, learners, and business achievements are produced on time, remain on brand, and are optimized for platform performance. You will identify, recruit, and maintain long-term relationships with tutors and learners who possess strong on-camera presence, selecting the right individuals for specific content opportunities. You will partner with the Influencer Manager on the nano-influencer initiative, fostering authentic tutor-led content rather than heavily produced segments. You will gather creative benchmarks, facilitate inspiration sessions, and monitor YouTube trends to help the team understand what makes educational and human-interest content successful.
