Director B2B Finance
Job description
About the role
You will act as the financial and operational owner for Preply's B2B business, defining how performance is measured, governed, and scaled. You will design and manage the systems, metrics, and controls that underpin high-velocity, compliant growth across the B2B pipeline. This role requires a strategic partnership with Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal to align incentives, pricing, and product roadmaps around durable unit economics. You will move reporting from reactive manual processes to predictive, AI-enabled insights that inform board-level storytelling and investment decisions. A core part of the role is automating FP&A workflows, standardizing data definitions, and ensuring the B2B operating model is transparent and actionable. You will own the commercial health of B2B, balancing growth ambition with disciplined margin and cash management. Success will be defined by your ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives that drive cross-functional execution.
