This specific opportunity is for a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our regional hiring success. You will transform business requirements into a steady stream of qualified candidates. You will serve as the critical connection between our dealerships and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
You will own the complete regional hiring process from initial request to final placement. Your daily work will involve translating hiring needs into actionable sourcing plans and delivering high-quality hires. You will be the representative of the HR function in the field, safeguarding the candidate experience at every turn.
Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Field teams to define roles, locations, and essential qualifications for regional requirements.
Tracking key recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for ongoing improvement.
Providing expert recruiting support across a wide geographical region while advising leaders on effective hiring practices.
Building robust talent pipelines by actively engaging with trade schools, technical programs, colleges, universities, and community organizations.
Developing and maintaining long-term candidate pipelines to fulfill future dealership staffing needs.
Supporting full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
Screening candidates to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential while ensuring a strong and professional candidate experience.
Presenting suitable candidates and managing the disposition of unqualified applications.
Executing proactive sourcing strategies using networking, targeted research, and digital platforms.
Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases to identify, engage, and nurture candidate profiles.
Supporting staffing efforts for acquisitions and the launch of new dealerships.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must possess a minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience. This experience should be rooted in high-volume or multi-site environments. You must have a proven ability to manage regional recruitment across multiple locations or field-based operations. Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate management tools is mandatory. You must also be proficient with job boards and sourcing platforms, including Indeed and LinkedIn.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regional or field-based recruiting is highly valued. A background in an automotive or truck dealership environment provides a distinct advantage. Candidates with a history of recruiting for technical, technician, or skilled trades roles will find a strong alignment. Previous success in partnering with trade schools or colleges to build sustainable talent pipelines is a significant asset.
