Senior Product Manager, Patient Growth
Job description
Senior Product Manager, Patient Growth at Pomelo Care.
About the role
You are tasked with owning the end-to-end patient journey for Pomelo, defining and executing a product strategy that drives acquisition, activation, and re-engagement at scale. Your primary responsibility is to act as the patient advocate within the product team, ensuring our care model reaches those who need it most. You will reinvent how patients discover and connect with Pomelo, directly addressing the crisis of maternal health in the US. This role requires you to build predictable growth engines and sustainable win-back motions that measurably improve outcomes. You will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, treating the patient funnel as your primary canvas for innovation. Success in this position means you materially impact lives by scaling a proven care model to millions of additional patients. You will report to the Principal Product Manager and be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
