What you'll do

- Participate in industry conferences and workshops to represent Bamboohr and share insights on naval operational architecture and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in naval engineering, systems architecture, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of naval operational concepts, systems engineering principles, and architectural frameworks.
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools, such as MATLAB, Simulink, or similar software.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant military standards and regulations, including those related to naval operations and systems.
